This is where the magic starts. We meet with you on-site to walk the space, hear your ideas, and get a feel for your lifestyle, goals, and wish list. Whether you’ve been collecting inspiration for years or just know you want “something amazing,” we’re here to help shape the vision.
We’ll talk about how you use your space (or want to!), what styles speak to you, and what features would make it feel like home—from pools and spas to firepits, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and beyond. Our job at this stage is to listen, explore ideas with you, and begin bringing your dream to life.

Once we understand your vision, we get to work crafting a fully customized outdoor living design tailored to your property and preferences. This includes a Master Garden Plan—a crucial step that ensures the right plants are in the right place, your investment isn’t wasted, and everything flows together beautifully.
We use 3D design technology to help you visualize your new space before a single shovel hits the ground. You’ll be able to “walk through” your future backyard, explore materials, plant choices, and layout options, and give feedback before construction begins. We want you to feel 100% confident and excited about the plan.
Build It.
From vision to reality.
With a finalized design in hand, we’ll manage your project from start to finish. You can be confident in knowing we’ll handle all the logistics—permits, scheduling, sourcing materials, coordinating contractors—and you can sit back and relax!

Knowing what your budget is allows us to create a realistic design around your wish list and know whether everything can be done at once or whether to break your project into phases that can be accomplished over time.

Meeting at your property allows us to walk through it and you can point out what you envision for the space. It allows me to get an idea of the flow, sunny and shady spots, and wet or dry areas. All of this will help in customizing your design to your specific property and vision.

Package one is Design Only. This is perfect for anyone needing expert landscape guidance and a cohesive roadmap for your vision. It will include a complete, customized 3D rendering, along with all the specs and plant list to bring it to life.
Package two is Deliver and Direct. This is for DIYers who want a custom design, but prefer to do the installation themselves or hire their own crew. It includes the design, plus we will deliver the plants and materials, place them where they should go, and up to 4 hours of on-site guidance to ensure your vision is executed properly.
Finally, package three is Design to Done. This is our all-inclusive package where we handle complete project management, so once we have your dream design complete, all you need to do is relax and watch your outdoor dreams come to life while we handle all the scheduling and logistics of your installation.

Designs take a considerable amount of time to complete, so we need to know that you are ready for this step. Collecting the design fee up front ensures that we are on the same page as far as our level of commitment to your project. We are all in and this ensures you are too!

Yes, during our design meeting we can make any minor revisions and then up to 2 more revisions before we set an installation date.

This is when you get to see a 3D rendering of what your finished project will look like from all different angles. I will walk you through the plants, materials, and even furniture options. Then you will an opportunity to see any minor revisions and ask any questions that you might have. You will be emailed all of this after the presentation so that you can look at it and think about it more at your leisure.
The design presentation can be in-person or virtual, whichever works best for you. It will generally be scheduled about 2 weeks after we receive your design fee payment.

The timeline is different for each project and is something that we will discuss at your design presentation meeting. Simple installations can be done in a day, while more complex projects can take several days or even weeks.
Some factors that can impact the timeline include delivery availability for plants and materials, availability of installation crews, and weather. But rest assured that everything will be scheduled as soon as possible and that we will keep you informed as to any changes or delays.
